Fabio Viviani Hospitality is bringing three new concepts to Chicago’s suburbs, including BOCADO in downtown Barrington. The Mediterranean-inspired tapas restaurant will be joined by ReToro, an intimate Japanese omakase experience, while LAGO expands to a new location in Glenview.

Bocado Tapas Barrington is a new Spanish-inspired dining experience from Chef Fabio Viviani, bringing shareable plates and vibrant flavors to downtown Barrington. The menu draws inspiration from Spain, South America, and the Mediterranean, featuring Spanish-style small plates, Peruvian ceviches, tacos, grilled meats, seafood, and vegetable-forward dishes. Located at 133 Park Ave., Bocado is part of Fabio Viviani’s growing suburban restaurant portfolio and is set to open this fall.
