Chef Fabio Viviani is bringing two new dining destinations to downtown Barrington. BOCADO Tapas will debut this fall with Spanish Mediterranean-inspired small plates, cocktails and a lively social atmosphere, followed by Retoro, an intimate Japanese omakase experience, in early 2027. Together, the concepts will add new energy to Barrington’s Main Street dining scene.
